• The Longview Independent School District (LISD) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to operate one or more campuses in partnership with the district. Selected entities will be required to enter into a performance contract with the Board prior to operational services commencing. All proposals must be submitted in complete and final form in accordance with proposal instructions by 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on December 6, 2020. Incomplete proposals, including those that are only partially uploaded, will be disqualified from this cycle.

  • Longview ISD is Requesting Proposals for Removal of Underground Fuel Storage Tanks and Installation of Aboveground Fuel Storage Tanks. Proposals will be received prior to 2:00 PM proposal opening on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at Longview ISD, 1301 East Young Street, Longview, TX 75602 or mailed to P.O. Box 3268, Longview, TX 75606 in a sealed envelope marked “ATTENTION: JOEY JONES - SEALED PROPOSALS FOR REMOVAL OF UNDERGROUND FUEL STORAGE TANKS AND INSTALLATION OF ABOVEGROUND FUEL STORAGE TANKS.” An on-site mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled at 10:00 AM on October 31, 2019 at 1111 E. Young St., Longview, TX 75602. No proposals will be considered from proposers who fail to attend the pre-bid meeting. The Longview ISD Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

  • Longview ISD will receive sealed written bids at the LISD ESC, 1301 E. Young St., Longview, TX, 75602 until 10 A.M. on November 7, 2019 from parties desiring to purchase the District-owned property located at 510 MLK Blvd. situated on approximately 2.08+/- acres. The property is to be sold in its present condition and “as is” and buyer will pay all costs associated with sale to net seller the total amount of the winning bid. Potential bidders should be aware that tract size is approximate and estimates only. Bidders should exercise their own due diligence regarding property suitability and compliance with city restrictions. No Minimum Bid Required. Sealed bids for the purchase of this property must be marked “ATTENTION JOEY JONES- BID FOR PROPERTY PURCHASE 510 MLK BLVD – DO NOT OPEN.” Bids not received by the deadline specified herein will not be considered.   • Longview Independent School District (LISD) is accepting competitive requests for proposals for Contracted Educational Services for the 2019-20 school year and under the guidance of EDGAR and approval of funding made available for services to be rendered.  Awards will be considered NON-EXCLUSIVE, ones by which multiple vendors may be designated as suppliers for the goods and/or services covered under the terms of the contract for the duration of said contract. Contracted Educational Service providers will be used on an as-needed basis throughout the District to provide services to students and staff.  Please contact Sheri Broadwater at 903-381-2260 to obtain a proposal packet, or download one from below. Proposals must be addressed as follows:  Attn:  Sheri Broadwater, and clearly marked “#2001 CS-RFP-CONTRACTED EDUCATIONAL SERVICES.”  Proposals will be accepted throughout the school year on an ongoing basis until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2020, at the LISD Education Support Center, 1301 East Young Street, Longview, Texas, or mailed to P.
