    On a warm and breezy evening at Lobo Stadium, the Class of 2019 donned cap and gown to celebrate their graduation from Longview High School... and begin the first day of the rest of their lives.

  • Rangu, Ihionkhan named top students for Class of 2019

    Longview High School's Class of 2019 Valedictorian is Nitin Rangu, and Salutatorian is Ejehi Ihionkhan. LHS graduation ceremonies start at 7:30 p.m., Friday, May 17, at Lobo Stadium. Gates will open for seating at 6 p.m.

  • Youth football camp coming in July

    Lobo Football Camp is set for 8:30-11 a.m. July 29-31 at Lobo Stadium. The camp is for students entering grades 1-9 in the fall of 2019.

  • Longview High School graduation to be streamed online

    Longview High School graduation is May 17 and, for the third year in a row, Longview ISD is providing a live video stream of the entire event for those unable to attend in person.

    Longview Independent School District honored the 2019 Distinguished Alumni Ronald Cook (Class of 1965), Perry Langenstein (Class of 1959), Randy Peters (Class of 1971) on Friday, May 10 during the annual Distinguished Alumni ceremony and luncheon at Pinecrest Country Club.

    Congrats to the 36 Longview High School Early College graduates who walked across the stage May 10th in Kilgore College to receive their Associates Degrees!

  • 43rd Awards of Excellence honors arts, academics


    Longview ISD Administrators and Board of Trustees recognized student achievement in academics as well as the arts May 9th during the 43rd annual LHS Awards of Excellence Banquet at Pinecrest Country Club.

  • Payton Schaap wins Mayor Mack Scholarship

    Mayor Andy Mack announced the winners of his annual scholarship during the May 9th City Council meeting, among them was Longview High School honor student Payton Schaap.
