Kilgore College will host two financial aid assistance sessions on two consecutive Saturdays for students and/or parents who need help filling out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).

The “FAFSA Help Campaign” is set for 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, on the Kilgore campus, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at KC-Longview.

They will be held on the Kilgore campus (Nov. 5) in the Woodfin Building and at KC-Longview (Nov. 12) in the Hendrix Building.

KC financial aid professionals will be available to assist students and parents with filling out the 2017-18 FAFSA application and answer any questions. Dependent students (under 24 years old) should attend with both parents if possible.

Attendees will also need to have filled out their 2015 Tax Return and should bring their Tax Transcript or let the KC Financial Aid professionals know if they have a special situation.

Space will be limited and attendees will be helped on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration underway for December Mini, spring semester classes

Registration for December 2016 Mini and spring 2017 classes is underway at Kilgore College for current students.
