Employee benefits sign-up starts July 15

It’s that time of year again! Learn about new benefit offerings and don’t miss the opportunity to select your 2020-21 benefits.

Open Enrollment closes Aug. 14th. The benefit plans you elect during Open Enrollment will take effect Sept. 1st, 2020. This will be a passive enrollment and current elections will rollover to the new plan year.
There are TWO ways to enroll...

Self-Enroll

  • Link: https://trustmark.benselect.com/enroll
  • Username: Your Social Security Number
  • Password: Last 4 of Social Security Number followed by Last 2 Digits of Birth Year
  • Example: SSN XXX-XX-1234 DOB: XX/XX/1965
  • PASSWORD: 123465

Speak with a Benefits Counselor

  • To enroll in benefits or make changes with a Benefits Counselor please contact the Longview ISD Benefits Support Center at 866-332-1287

Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
You may speak to licensed benefits experts or access the Online Self-Service portal to elect the options that best fit you and your family. Click here to enroll online.

To contact the Benefits Call Center please dial 866-332-1287. Before you speak with a Benefit Counselor, please have the following information: your dependents' names, birth dates, social security numbers, addresses, and phone numbers.

This is the only time of year that you will be able to enroll, cancel, or make changes to your medical and supplemental benefits without a qualifying life event. Enrollment is mandatory to continue or elect supplemental benefits.

Failure to participate in enrollment will result in cancellation of supplemental benefits effective August 31st, 2020. This includes everything with the exception of TRS Activecare.
