Longview ISD has partnered with an independent research firm to conduct a brief survey and is inviting community members to participate.

To participate, community members can access the survey via the following link: 2023 LISD Culture & Climate Survey. The survey should be completed by the closing date of 5 p.m. May 26th. The survey is expected to take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, and participants are encouraged to be as open and honest as possible.

Longview ISD Superintendent Dr. James Wilcox said the survey aims to help the district better understand the needs of the community and offer the types of learning environments that staff, students, and families require.

"Your participation and feedback will be incredibly valuable as we work to improve the culture and climate of our schools," he said. "We look forward to using the feedback to make Longview ISD an even better place for our students, staff, and families."

Hanover Research is an independent research firm that will compile all responses and submit a summary to the district once the survey is complete. Participants can rest assured that their responses will be kept confidential. An independent research firm that specializes in market research, data analytics, and strategic consulting, Hanover works with organizations across a variety of industries, including education, healthcare, and financial services.
