Annotated, Title 20, Chapter 70, Subchapter VIII, Part C, Section 7846, and Public law (P.L.) 114-95, Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), Section 8306, an entity planning to submit a federal grant application must afford a reasonable opportunity for public comment on the application before it is submitted.
Longview ISD hereby gives notice to the public that it intends or has already filed the following application(s) for federal grant funds with the Texas Education Agency for the school year 2020-2021.

Public comments regarding Longview ISD applications for the grants are to be submitted before the public comment end date.
Any member of the community wishing to provide a comment regarding the district's application for such grant(s) is invited to submit those comments by emailing the LISD Federal Programs Director Mrs. Sheri Broadwater, at sbroadwater@lisd.org.
