Longview ISD will host multiple vaccination clinics for students and the community this month at multiple district facilities.
11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Aug. 12th in the LHS Lower Library

All insurance policies will be verified, please sign up with the link if you plan to participate! If you plan to pay out of pocket, please submit your info! You will put “NA” in all insurance blanks.
Standard vaccines at each age group if up to date:
- Senior Student Vaccinations: MCV4 (required for colleges), Meningitis B (2 shot series that is the optional 5th strain of meningitis)
- Incoming 7th graders Vaccinations: MCV4, Tdap, Optional HPV
- 4 year old Vaccinations: DTAP/IPV/MMR/Varicella, Hep A if needed
- 12 Years & Up: Pfizer Covid vaccines will be available
No insurance: $10/shot – up to 18 yo
19+ - self pay adult
