Longview ISD is seeking highly effective educators to join the transformation at Bailey Elementary, offering a $10,000 stipend for teachers with a proven track record of student achievement. The stipend will be paid in two installments—half in December and half in May—as part of the district’s commitment to attracting top talent. Those interested can visit lisd.org/careers.
In addition to the stipend, new hires at Bailey Elementary will have access to Longview ISD’s nationally recognized Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) and LIFT Pay for Performance Program, providing additional compensation opportunities. Teachers designated as Recognized, Exemplary, or Master Educators through the TIA program can earn up to $32,000 in incentive pay based on student growth and evaluation scores.
With competitive pay, career advancement opportunities, and professional development at Bailey, Longview ISD is committed to providing the tools teachers need to succeed and, most importantly, to ensure student success.
