Once again Longview ISD is hosting a district-wide health fair, and everyone is invited.
Set for 5 p.m. Thursday, April 20 at Longview High School Coliseum, there will be a host of vendors and door prizes.
Kimberlie Dans, lead nurse for the district, said the Longview ISD Health Fair is available for students, staff, and the entire community.
'There will be over 40 vendors, we will have something that would interest everyone, so spread the word to your family and friends,' she said. 'We will also have student performers from various LISD campuses.'
Performances scheduled for the event include Lobo Twirlers, the Viewettes, LHS Choir, as well as orchestra and jump rope teams from LISD campuses.
Vendors include Buckner Family Service, as well as Christus Good Shepherd, Family Focus Wellness Center, UT-Tyler Health Center Asthma Clinic, North East Region AHEC, in addition to exhibits on sex trafficking, bullying prevention, and the Amber Menefee Memorial display.
