Dr. Marla Sheppard, Longview ISD's new Superintendent of Schools, has unveiled her First 100-Day Plan, outlining her immediate goals in developing a long-term strategic vision for the district.
The plan emphasizes building transparent relationships with the board, fostering community engagement, and enhancing academic excellence, as well as cultivating trust and buy-in within the greater Longview community.
