At GreenLight, your student can now become the C.E.O. of their future, which means they can:
• See their verified and official records, including transcripts and degrees that have been securely written into their locker by the institutions they attended.
• Store reference letters, badges and credentials, and then transcripts or other credentials instantly to over 5,000 colleges worldwide.
• They can even get matched with employers looking for their specific skill sets within their desired area of study.
Most importantly, because GreenLight Locker is built on blockchain technology, it is secure and tamper-evident, so colleges recognize the transcripts sent through GreenLight as official records.
Registration Options for Parent Permission
Option 1 - If you already have an enrollment code.
1. Look up your GreenLight enrollment code at GreenlightLocker.com/register by clicking on “I’m a student” and then selecting “I am looking for an enrollment code.”
2. Copy the enrollment code and click on “I’m a parent/guardian.”
3. Paste the enrollment code and fill out the other required information to validate your identity.
4. Follow the prompts to complete your part of the registration.
5. Make sure you (the student) create your GreenLight Locker at https://greenlightlocker.com/register using GreenLight Locker Registration for Students instructions that follow.

Option 2 - If your student has already registered for a GreenLight Locker.
1. Ask your student to sign in to his/her GreenLight Locker.
2. Click on My Credentials
3. Make sure your student has clicked the Request Transcript button to populate his/her transcript into the locker.
4. Click the Share icon next to the student’s transcript.
5. A FERPA Release Authorization and Consent document will open for you to read.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the document, click the checkbox, and select the parent/guardian signing the consent form.
7. Sign in the box labeled “Sign here”.
8. Click the Save button.
Please note, if your student is 18 or older or a dual credit student, a parent enrollment code is not required.
