  • Dr. Cynthia Wise named Principal at Forest Park

    Superintendent Dr. James Wilcox has named Dr. Cynthia Wise as new Principal for Forest Park Middle School. Dr. Wise, currently the principal at Ned E. Williams Elementary, will be taking over for Shay Thompson, who is retiring from the district.

    For the fifth straight year Longview ISD has received the Texas Comptroller’s highest honor for financial transparency, earning the Transparency Star Award in Debt Obligations from Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar.

    Lobo Football Camp is set for 8:30-11:30 a.m. Aug. 7-9 at Lobo Stadium.

  • Lobo strength and conditioning camp starts June 5

    Longview High School's Athletic Department is offering a FREE strength and conditioning camp this summer at Lobo Stadium. Individual sessions are set for 8 a.m., 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. from June 5 through July 27 on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
