Direct research staff in the design, implementation, evaluation, and revision of performance systems that measure progress at the district, campus, teacher, and student levels in locally, state, and federally funded programs.
- Provide expertise, information, modeling, and performance analysis results to district policy makers to facilitate the decision-making process for locally funded programs.
- Communicate and report on student, campus, and district performance analyses to all stakeholders.
- Keep district personnel abreast of current trends in the areas of educational research, evaluation, performance analysis, teacher incentive, value-added models, and program development.
