Foster Middle School's UIL Math and Science teams took first came in 1st place at the Texas Math and Science Coaches Association meet over the weekend, finishing with a score of 4,239.2 points.

Foster Middle School's UIL Math and Science teams came in 1st place at the Texas Math and Science Coaches Association meet over the weekend, finishing with a score of 4,239.2 points.

Hallsville finished a close second with 4,061.8 points.

FMS 8th Grade G/T Math teacher Deborah Lindeken praised her students hard work and achievement.

"We are so proud of each student who is part of the team," she said.
