Early Graduation and TSA Share Successes at Board Meeting
Great things happened at LISD's Board Meeting last night. Ten students received their diplomas through their accomplishments at Longview Early Graduation High School. LHS TSA was also present to show off their outstanding achievements at the Nationals TSA Conference.
Trevor O'Connor was elected to the National TSA Sergeant-at-Arms office. This is the FIRST time that LHS has had a National TSA officer.This is also the first time that Longview High School has two state officers in the same year. (Uwa Ihionkhan is the State TSA President and Krisana Yuen in the State TSA Secretary) Here are the results:
Chapter Team, 2nd Place
Engineering Design, 6th Place
Manufacturing Prototype, 4th Place
Extemporaneous Pres., 6th Place
Chapter Team Written, 7th Place
Photographic Technology, 4th Place
